Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Material will be held in a location ("the Premises") on the southernmost end ofKent County s Recycling Center which can be seen from Breton Avenue, just north ofthe 52nd Street intersection. The entrance for this recycling area is located south off ofthe main drive to the City s Public Works complex (5068 Breton Avenue).2. A typical hauling season process is as follows:a. The City generally opens for the collection of leaves in October and Contractortypically first hauls in mid-November. During the season, an estimated 45-50 loadsare hauled in the month of November.b. One 40 yard container is kept on site, loaded by the City, and the Contractor swapsit out daily as needed (as per calls made by the City).c. Leaves are accepted by the City until the first week of December. An estimated 5-10 loads are hauled in the month of December.
