Phase 1 – Freezer #1 (Center Unit) 30 calendar days. 1. Removal and replacement of Refrigeration Units for Center Freezer. This Device will become a combination FEEZER/COOLER thru the Unit controls. This System will be switchable by a key operated Freezer-Cooler switch. The operation of the Unit will be either Freezer (-10 degrees F) or Cooler (+35 degrees F). All necessary functions of the operation of the refrigeration system will alter as required for designated operation. 2. All refrigerant piping, insulation, demolition, refrigerant recovery & disposal, system charging w/ R-404A, condensate drainage, electric heat tracing, system controls including Lead-Lag control, runtime equalization, and start-up, and warrantees. 3. Integration into the designated MDOC BAS monitoring thru an open protocol. Provide programming for up to 10 points of monitoring per Freezer/Cooler system including alarming. MDOC will designate the in-house control group to integrate with. Phase 2 – Cooler #1 (West Unit) 30 calendar days. 1. Removal and replacement of Refrigeration Units for Cooler #1. This Device will become a remain a Cooler and will be programmed as such. The operation of the Unit will be Cooler (+35 degrees F). All necessary functions of the operation of the refrigeration system will maintain the system set point for designated operation. Phase 3 – Freezer #1 (East Unit) 30 calendar days. 1. Removal and replacement of Refrigeration Units for East Freezer. This Device will remain a FEEZER thru the Unit controls. The operation of the Unit will be a Freezer (-10 degrees F) All necessary functions of the operation of the refrigeration system will maintain the system set point for designated operation. 2. All refrigerant piping, insulation, demolition, refrigerant recovery & disposal, system charging w/ R-404A, condensate drainage, electric heat tracing, system controls including Lead-Lag control, runtime equalization, and start-up, and warrantees. 3. Integration into the designated MDOC BAS monitoring thru an open protocol. Provide programming for up to 10 points of monitoring p
