The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of General Services Department-Recreation Division requests proposals from qualified Respondents to render certain technical or professional services ("Services") as set forth in this RFP to provide structured and supervised STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) opportunities for Recreation Center members. Programs will be implemented at one (1) or more Recreation Centers during the Winter and Spring program sessions. Winter Programming: eight (8) weeks beginning January 12th, 2026 ending March 7th, 2026. Spring Programming: eight (8) weeks beginning April 6th, 2026 ending May 30th, 2026. Programs must be provided for youth between the ages of 3 and 18. Programs do not need to encompass all youth within the age range 3 to 18. Program providers may select their target age group within that range. Programs must be at minimum one (1) hour per week at one (1) Recreation Center for all four (4) 8-week sessions.
