The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the General Services Department-Recreation Division requests proposals from qualified Respondents to render certain technical or professional services ("Services") as set forth in this RFP to provide structured, supervised enrichment opportunities for Detroit youth during the summer months. The program will provide participating youth with opportunities for enrichment, exploration, and new experiences that build confidence, self-esteem, and other important life skills in a safe and supportive environment at no cost to participating families. The Community-Based Organization will be responsible for daily operations, site maintenance, and enforcement of COVID safety protocols. The selected youth development organizations must establish adequate safety measures and develop COVID protocols under the guidance of the City of Detroit Health Department. The Faith and Community Based Organization will support contracted Youth Development partners in delivering high quality programing.
