ITEM # 1 DROP IN COLD WELLS One (1) DUKE model # FCP3-SB-D drop in flush mounted cold well unit furnished per manufacturers standards. Unit to be furnished with the following standard and optional accessories: One (1) 6’ power cord One (1) Stainless Louver panel for compressor cage One (1) Standard Control – compressor cage mounted. FSEC to be responsible for cut out in existing service counter sized to accommodate drop in unit. Counter to be reinforced if required for drop in weight. Center shelf to be removed. FSEC to re-locate an electrical in counter base that may obstruct installation. Existing sneeze guard to be detached and reattached if necessary to allow unit to drop in place. After unit is installed, FSEC to extend drain lines to floor sink below with approval air gap. FSEC to wire unit to existing under counter.
