Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Current Service information o Consumers Energy Meter Number#40030277- This is the location we want these new pedestals hooked into (alternative locations will be considered but not preferred) ▪ Peak Load in 2023- 360amp per leg of 120v ▪ Location of service and main panels- near site 158 o Old service- feeds the current pedestals ▪ Consists of two 600amp main panels ▪ The South panel needs to be reviewed to determine what line feeds sites 42-62 and if that same breaker feeds any other sites • Review the current electrical system, disconnect sites 42-62 and the tree security lights from their current service location(s) o Inspect the South panel behind site 1 to determine which line services 42-62 ▪ Determine if this line feeds additional sites or if it is just 42-62 • If additional sites are serviced from the same line, eliminate sites 42-62 in a way that does not interfere with electrical service to the other sites and re-label the main breaker accordingly • If sites 42-62 are on one independent line, it may be disconnected and removed from the main panel and abandoned underground o Inspect the other two panels to ensure any changes will not affect the sites they service ▪ Update labels if the existing main panels if they need correction • Develop plans to remove and replace new feeds (including breakers, wires, and pedestals) to sites 42-62 and three security lights o Contractor must have a Master Electrician on staff to assist with the project when needed. ▪ The Contractor must show proof of certification. o Contractor is responsible for all applicable permits and inspections required for this job. o Contractor to secure any required engineering drawings o Contractor is responsible for ensuring the new system design and components meet or exceed current applicable Building Codes or requirements for this project. o The contractor will coordinate the design with Consumers Energy and the Township Building Inspector if needed. o Contractor responsible for scheduling and coordinating all project-specific permits, inspections, and engineering.
