Specifications include, but are not limited to: the provision of weekly residential trash, recyclable material and yard waste (i.e. refuse), along with trash, recyclable materials and yard waste collection services for the Township owned municipal facilities. The Contractor shall provide regular weekly pick up from each unit on a schedule to be mutually agreed upon. When a holiday falls on a weekday, all pickups shall be made not later than 24 hours following the regularly scheduled time for that week only. Holidays are Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day. All units must be served Monday through Friday. Saturday collection may be authorized to cover schedule variations during holiday weeks or to mitigate an emergency, with prior approval by the Township Supervisor.
