1. Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the Public Health Services (PHS) PHIG Evaluation Project. 2. Consult and communicate with designated PHS program staff, leadership, and other stakeholders on an on-going basis. 3. Attend, and actively participate in, all conference calls, planning meetings, leadership meetings, advisory workgroup, and program status meetings. 4. Facilitate bi-monthly monitoring conference calls during the entirety of the project. Weekly calls may be required for the first 2 to 3 months during an introductory period with any new evaluator. 5. Develop and use appropriate evaluation tools and research methods in collaboration with relevant PHS staff. Conduct data collection and gather relevant data from internal PHS evaluation workgroup. 6. Identify qualitative and quantitative methods to be used for measuring and monitoring, performance and outcomes, community impact, and client satisfaction, providing a comprehensive report of all findings to program management on a quarterly basis. 7. Analysis and Reporting - Prepare reports summarizing accomplishments, program status, and addressing specific evaluation questions. 8. Compile evaluation results and prepare an evaluation report to include findings, insights, and recommendations. 9. Compile status update reports at a minimum of bi-weekly. 10. Dissemination of Results - Share insights, common challenges, key lessons learned, and recommendations with the broader program, including ICHD staff, community partners and other stakeholders...
