CATA is seeking a qualified Contractor to conduct an independent and objective review of its compliance with all applicable FTA review areas in accordance with FTA’s most recent Triennial Comprehensive Review Guide. A Triennial Review is a congressionally-mandated management tool that examines grantee performance and adherence to current FTA requirements and policies. Said review is conducted once every three years. The FTA Triennial Comprehensive Review Guide identifies review areas and is available at https://www.transit.dot.gov/funding/grantee-resources/triennial-reviews/triennial-reviews. Each year, the specific content of the Triennial Review is modified to reflect any changes in statutory requirements made during the preceding year to the Urbanized Area Formula Program and FTA policy. The most current FTA Comprehensive Review Guide information is to be used for this effort. Cybersecurity The objective of the selected Contractor’s review is to evaluate whether CATA is administering FTA-funded programs in accordance with applicable federal regulations and guidance. The scope of work shall include reviewing internal policies and procedures, reviewing internal files and documentation, and ensuring proper planning for the upcoming FTA review.
