A. Propose ideas for public service announcements (PSA’s) that bring awareness to Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking, and Missing and Murdered Indigenous People. B. Work with the LTBB Human Services Staff to develop approved PSA’s and media planning and placement strategies obtain the most effective broadcast campaign for the Awareness PSA’s. C. Ability to script and produce a fully developed media campaign focusing on a cultural based prevention/awareness messaging through public service announcements that can be aired on television, internet, and radio and other medias. D. Media campaign should focus on Human Trafficking, Domestic Violence, and awareness of Missing and Murdered Indigenous People in our assistance area of Charlevoix, Emmet, and Cheboygan Counties. E. Contractor to script and produce PSA’s that can be aired on television, internet, and radio. F. All materials and publications (written, visual or sound) resulting from award activities shall contain the following statements: o “This publication was developed by Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians Survivor Outreach Services supported by Grant No. 15JOVW-23-GG-01602-TRIB awarded by the Office on Violence Against Women, U.S. Department of Justice. The opinions, findings, conclusions, and recommendations expressed in this publication/program/exhibition are those of the author(s) and do not reflect the views of the Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women.” G. Duration of project is anticipated to be from award through December 2025, but shall be determined upon cost, length of PSA, and desirability of broadcast area and times, as well as, Media Multiple awards may occur based on proposed PSA length, broadcast mediums, broadcast area, and airtimes such as during primetime, news, daytime etc. Please include all of the above in proposal.
