Seeking a long-term Curriculum / Training Developer resource for State of Michigan Procurement -Professional Development section. This is a reposting of a previous RFP that was cancelled. Previous bidders are encouraged to re-apply. This dedicated resource will provide services as a team member, working up to 40 hours/week, interacting daily with both the Professional Development team and internal subject matter experts and managers. Job Functions: Performing training-related development activities for assigned projects for procurement-related topics, including: Needs analysis and curricula development for procurement-related training and certification programs ; Development of interactive Web-Based Trainings, Instructor-Led Training (including flipped classroom), hands-on scenario-based training, videos, reference guides, flow charts, images, infographics, activities, storyboards, narration files, communications, and project plans. There is a heavy writing component to this position.
