The County is seeking licensed treatment providers that have the experience, skills, and qualifications needed to provide not only substance abuse and mental health services but also other treatment services to participants within the problem‐solving courts. A. Providers must have a master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, or psychology as well as CAADC credentials. Must provide proof of credentials, licenses, and/or degrees. B. Providers must have prior experience with Kalamazoo County 8th District Court or 9th Circuit Court treatment courts or prior experience working with a treatment court who is willing to provide a reference on the provider’s behalf. C. Providers must be willing to submit treatment notes within 48 hours of the treatment session to the Problem‐Solving Court. Treatment notes are submitted electronically via the Drug Court Case Management Information System. D. Providers must provide substance abuse, mental health, and other treatment services to participants identified through the Problem‐Solving Court Programs in accordance with the Problem‐Solving Court fee schedule.
