Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide 40 hours’ weekly mobile service Sunday through Saturday and 40 hours’ weekly stationary service Sunday through Saturday of unarmed security services for IHC buildings and developments listed ; One (1) Security Professional to provide stationary private guard security services to secure the applicable IHC building as listed on Appendix J, Schedule of Buildings/Developments. Proposers shall provide IHC with a proposal to provide guard service in accordance with Appendix J. Service locations and service hours may be adjusted over term of agreement, up or down; based on need and/or funding availability. It is IHC’s intent to adjust service as buildings close. This proposal must be based on a per-hour, fully loaded, flat fee. Fees must include all cost to be incorporated into the contract (i.e., equipment, vehicles, uniforms, communication devices, etc.). Provide seven (7) day per week roaming supervisor to cover all locations.
