The work includes but is not limited to:concrete, carpentry, door hardware, glazing, roofing and siding,fire suppression, plumbing, electrical and lighting. The Cityof Rochester Hills seeks the services of a qualified contractorexperienced in the project components to perform theconstruction services needed to complete this project in aprofessional, cost effective and timely manner. The contractorwill be responsible for the hiring of all sub-trade contractors,the coordination of their work and the outcome of theproject.
