Kalamazoo County is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of the Parking Lot & Drive Resurfacing & Improvements at the Kalamazoo County Expo Center. The proposed Phase 1 projects include the following scopes: Scope 1 & 2: Resurfacing of existing HMA east and west parking lots (approx. 40,600 square yards). Addition of landscape islands with landscaping and curbing in two main parking areas. Install and replace new and existing lighting for parking areas. Scope 6: Resurface HMA Olmstead Road entrance drives (approx. 1,700 square yards). Install and replace new and existing lighting for drive. Scope 7: Resurface HMA Lake Street entrance drives (approx. 4,700 square yards). Install and replace new and existing lighting for entrance drive. Scope 10: Resurface gravel drives in Lamont Campground (approx. 3,550 square yards)
