• Remove the existing grass, top soil, sand and riprap etc. along the existing beach as in the drawings to achieve a 12” minimum new sand top layer and 6% maximum gradient to shoreline. Please refer to the attached plans labeled Attachment “B” for the required parameters of this project. • Add sand throughout where the existing grass and riprap shoreline protection is located. • Extend the beach by approximately 75 feet to the north. • All surrounding property that may be affected by the construction must be returned to its original state (for example if the grass is tore up from equipment, it must be leveled back out and grass be planted); if pavement is damaged by construction work, it must be replaced at no charge to the County
