The Contractor must request prequalification in advance in all specific categories in which they wish to be eligible to bid on specific project RFPs. Contractors may request prequalification in additional categories only during future open prequalification RFPs which are expected to be issued at least once per year. Once approved, contractors will be prequalified for five years. If you are currently prequalified and are not requesting to be added to another category, please response to this Request for Proposal with a statement of continued interest, current proof of insurance and updated contact information for your Contractor Representative. For invasive species work projects $5,000.00 or less DNR reserves the right to forgo the use of the prequalified program. DNR reserves the right to forgo the use of the prequalified program for aquatic invasive control and forest pest control projects should the approved prequalified vender list not result in a competitive bid process
