Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) requests proposals from qualified firms to provide investigative research database software licenses and support. Multiple city departments need access to investigative research database software licenses and support. The software is needed so that the departments, at a minimum, can investigate: • Property ownership and the whereabouts of property owners for blight and code enforcement; • Location of assets of property owners and persons whom owe money to the City for collections purposes; • The whereabouts of persons and assets related to a criminal investigation The City is looking for an enterprise licensing structure. We are currently looking to purchase 20-25 licenses, and could potentially add on 400 or more for the Police Department (and associated law enforcement modules).
