The City of Rochester Hills wishes to engage an experienced professional firm(s) for the purpose of obtaining consulting services to assist the City with establishing a comprehensive natural features and green space stewardship program on an as-needed basis for various assignments including, but not limited to, all city owned green spaces and natural features including all Green Space purchases, undeveloped portions of parklands and other natural features or open space owned or controlled by the city. This would include significant (named) watercourses (Clinton River, Paint, Stony, Galloway and Sargent Creeks, or lakes (Carter Lake), etc). It would also cover any land under a conservation easement controlled by the City. Services will be administered on a per project basis and will be scheduled per the direction of the City of Rochester Hills designated representatives. The consultant will furnish all required labor, materials, supplies and travel required in connection with the project(s). The City expects that the project staff will include individuals with expertise in the appropriate fields of environmental consulting and technical report writing.
