NHC is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide full oversight of NHC operations and to maintain compliance with HUD PHA standards. The Contractor will oversee all NHC operations; financial operations, provide a Residential Manager and adequate, guide and train staff as they pursue their duties; cultivate and maintain productive relationships with the community, ensure that residents are informed and engaged; and will represent NHC to HUD and the community at large. The Contractor will be responsible, subjed to the direction of NHC's Board, for creating and implementing the policies and procedures necessary to sustain management and financial operations of NHC and to structure and establish effective governance and oversight, working closely with HUD, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Niles, and the NHC Board of Commissioners.
