The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians (LTBB) has multiple locations located within the tribal boundaries that the LTBB Natural Resources Departments rents out to vacationers through the summer and early fall. LTBB is soliciting proposals to provide lawn mowing services on an as needed basis for the properties listed below. 1) “Cross Village Campground”, located at 4982 Chippewa Dr., Harbor Springs, MI. 2) LTBB RV Campground located at 6201 Waterfront Dr, Harbor Springs, MI. 3) Cross Village Houses, two (2) houses located 6201 Waterfront Dr, Harbor Springs, MI. 4) Wilderness Cabins, three (3) cabins located at 27 E Wilderness Park Dr., Carp Lake, MI. 5) “Ziibimijwang”, parking area, 2 camping areas, and road connecting these areas located at 5055 Gill Rd., Carp Lake, MI. 6) “Waawashkesh”, a hunting/nature area, parking area and entrance road located at 5543 Pleasantview Rd., Harbor Springs, MI 49740. 7) Cross Village Commercial Fishermen Boat Parking lot, driveway and small parking area located at 6311 N. State Road, Harbor Springs , MI. A. Supply all equipment and supplies necessary to provide services. B. Provide Spring clean-up. Removal of downed branches and debris. Mulch leaves. C. Provide weekly mowing (weather dependent) or as needed. D. List flat rate per mow per trip, list rate for cleaning if needed.
