Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) An app-based mobile form service to capture data from field employees such as daily work progress reports. 1) The app must be downloadable for smartphones and tablets with offline access. Recorded information must have the capability of being accessed by backend computer users 2) Ability to integrate with cameras and GPS on above mentioned devices, with enabled talk-to-text capability 3) Forms that are able to be fully customized with conditional logic that can calculate and pre-populate fields with inputs from other fields, connected systems, and uploaded data files 4) Preferred option of access to pre-defined form templates 5) Ability to dispatch forms and partially pre-filled forms to individual users and user groups 6) Automated workflows for the distribution of collected data to multiple destinations with real-time access to all collected data and reports, and the ability to export that information to various analytical software programs including excel 7) Option of end user dashboards with analytical capabilities 8) Option of customer support services 9) Presentation of fee scale based on number of users 10) Recommendations for additional features that may be applicable for a public utility company 11) System must have defined control capability to separate out user groups’ administrative access and roles. Ability to define usage by form type and user group 12) Must complete a BWL Vendor Cybersecurity Questionnaire
