Supplier will operate a security operations center that will address the following: Primary objective is to monitor, detect, analyze, respond to, and cybersecurity incidents. • Investigate, triage, contain, mitigate and resolve security events and incidents as appropriate. • Manage communications with local government entities, VITA and identified security investigation contacts related to services and security activities. • Onboard and offboard entities to SOC environment. • Receive reports from entities about potential malicious activity. • Provide technology and services to collect data for the SOC from a diverse technology environment across many different localities and other government affiliated entities.
