Furnish all material, labor and equipment to complete all roofing as indicated in the project drawings and specifications including, but not limited to, TPO, rigid insulation, vapor barrier, cover board, flashings, counter flashings, copings, drip cap, stack boots, snow guards, and fasteners. 2 Furnish, install, and maintain all MIOSHA or AVB-Safety Manual required barricades, restraint systems, or other fall-protection measures, including MIOSHA-compliant fall restriction devices such as harnesses and lanyards. 3 Roof Drains set by others. 4 Coordinate all flashing, curbs, and roof drain system installation with the other trades. 5 Supply and install all term bars, roof copings metal trims caps, etc. are required for a complete roof system. 6 Furnish and install vapor barrier over roof deck as specified. 7 Provide compressible expansion joint material and installation as required. 8 Include all gutters, downspouts, and scuppers as shown. Coordinate downspout installation with mason and metal panel contractors. Tie into storm system. 9 Upon completion of the roof system, the subcontractor is to inspect and self-punch the roof in the company of AVB. 10 Subcontractor shall account for the project being completed in two phases: CPED first, followed by KDPS. Include multiple mobilizations, demobilizations, and remobilizations as required by the phasing plan and as directed by AVB.
