1. CONTRACTOR shall provide snow removal and ice control services to the OWNER for the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 snow seasons commencing on November 1, 2025 for the 2025/2026 season and November 1, 2026 for the 2026/2027 season on the sites specified in EXHIBIT A. 2. CONTRACTOR shall have and maintain adequate equipment to plow, scrape, and remove snow and ice from the specified areas. 3. CONTRACTOR shall provide services daily by 7:00 a.m. and throughout business hours (local time) when an accumulation of two (2) inches of snow exists. 4. CONTRACTOR shall provide ice control when ice or slippery conditions exist using a combination sand and ice melting material. 5. CONTRACTOR shall provide a 24-hour telephone number for emergency calls and respond to said calls 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Emergency phone number: enter number here. 6. CONTRACTOR shall remove snow from staging areas within 24 hours of request from OWNER.
