1. Provide full-service marketing capabilities. 2. Provide full-service public and media relations capabilities. 3. Provide advertising, marketing and public relations services (experience required, including but not limited to print- and web-based services). 4. Offer in-house (preferred) broadcast production abilities (e.g., radio, video). 5. Demonstrate ability to consult/implement communications/marketing strategies to customer expectations. 6. Provide in-house design, print and web-writing skills consistent with current editorial and brand standards. 7. Produce itemized monthly invoices including an executive summary reflecting work completed within the scope of work. 8. Adhere to Authority work order process prior to beginning work. 9. Demonstrate ability to maintain capacity while handling numerous simultaneous projects. 10. Conduct research, present data, metrics and sources, and recommend directions.
