Duties to include, but not limited to: - Complete Spring cleanup of leaves, debris, etc. on grass areas, hard surfaces, and landscaped areas. - Weekly maintenance to include mowing, edging, trimming, weed removal from landscaped areas, cleaning and blowing and removal of clippings and debris from hard surfaces. The “dog walk” area is included in the area maintained (fenced in area located along the east side of back lawn between the backyard and Stockton Park). - Shrub/hedge trimming, as needed or requested by GSD - Summer annual installation (May) * - Mulch landscaped areas (May) * - Irrigation Spring startup (April/May) before annuals are planted in May - Irrigation repair/maintenance, as needed during season - Irrigation winterization (October/November) - Fertilizer application, as required or requested by GSD - Weed control application, as required or requested by GSD - Periodic power washing/cleaning of hard surfaces (with careful attention when cleaning blue stone) - Installation of Fall mums (September) * - Complete Fall cleanup of leaves and debris of grass, landscaped areas and hard surfaces. Annual flower removal and cutting back perennials included. This may be required more than once.
