riginal Contract requirements apply for this Section in addition to the following: EGLE is seeking a Contractor to assist in determining reserve amounts for current open Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund claims and for future claims that will be subject to pending legislative changes, which affect deductible amounts and the ability to have multiple claims at a single facility. REQUIREMENTS Provide services as required by the Tier-Two SOW issued by any State agency or MiDEAL member to develop project work plans, consult with all stakeholders, provide performance metrics, provide recommendations for improvements for projects, and identify, assess, and prioritize risks to projects. While each SOW will contain unique service levels and requirements, general deliverables may include but are not limited to. The State agency or MiDEAL members will issue each Tier-Two SOW to all prequalified Contractors, either through SIGMA Vendor Self-Service (VSS) [SOM] or other approved methods [MiDEAL]. The Tier-Two SOW will identify specific deliverables, period of performance not to exceed the time allowed on this base Contract, identification of specific responses required, work evaluation and payment criteria that apply to that SOW. The State agency or MiDEAL members issuing the Tier-Two SOW request and Contractors responding to the Tier-Two SOW must follow this process: The State agency or MiDEAL member will issue a SOW to all prequalified Contractors with a timeline including due dates for questions, responses, award, and performance period.
