Specifications include, but are not limited to: Existing facility renovations include: Construction of a new evidence storage room, new server room, and architectural alterations to office walls; Repairs to building envelope and connection of downspouts to catch basin; Repainting and recarpeting interior offices; repair of the existing HVAC system including replacement of selected mechanical and plumbing equipment; addition of dry-pipe fire suppression system in select location(s); replacement of the back-up generator sized to support the whole facility and electrical service modifications; upgrade building lighting to LED; rough-in for Owner building security system, electronic access system, and building telecommunications system; modular systems furniture design per MSP standards; parking lot spot repair, sealing, restriping.
