Project includes 2.03 mi of hot mix asphalt cold milling and resurfacing, curb ramps and pavement markings. Provide MDOT Certified Office Technician Services in accordance with MDOT Local Agency Program requirements including the following: a. Review and process all sub-contracts and Material Source Lists (MSLs). b. Review and process all material certifications, test reports and other material documentation. c. Review and process Daily Work Reports from City Inspector. d. Review and process certified payroll and wage rate interviews. e. Communicate deficiencies with any documentation directly to the party responsible (Contractor and/or City Staff). Follow up to ensure proper documentation is provided in a timely manner. f. Prepare Bi-weekly pay estimates and Contract Modifications as needed. g. Prepare other project documentation required by MDOT Local Agency Programs. h. Close out the project by addressing any deficiencies identified by MDOT file review. i. Include services for 2 extra weeks of construction (after October 31) as a contingency.
