Berrien Springs Public Schools is looking for qualified bids to replace the existing fire alarm system in the Mars Elementary building. The existing devices and system are operational but need replacement. The Vendor is to walk the building in complete with an Owner’s Representative to see each room and space needing coverage. Upon the completion of a walk-thru, the Vendor must supply drawings and narrative specification of the proposed system with a proposal of cost. The bid must cover all Vendor costs to design, submit and install the approved system within the duration of June 9th – Aug 15th of 2025. All Vendors must be qualified to design, install and submit certified drawings to the State of Michigan, Bureau of Fire Services for approval.
