Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1 Monthly submission of HUD 50058 Family Reports to HUD’s IMS/PIC System or subsequent resource utilized by HUD. 2.1.2 Monthly review and reporting of HUD’s IMS/PIC System, including the Delinquency Report, Reexamination Report, etc. 2.1.3 Monthly Reviewing and approving data to ensure HUD compliance and IMS/PIC data integrity on files submitted to HUD via HUD’s IMS/PIC submissions. 2.1.5 Assisting with the reconciliation of HUD’s IMS/PIC System data, or subsequent HUD reporting database. 2.1.6 Assisting with other HUD Secure Systems databases as requested by the Agency, including but not limited to HUD’s Enterprise Income Verification System. 2.1.7 Providing annual rent calculation training. 2.1.8 Participating in the development of program policies and procedures and assessing their effectiveness. 2.1.9 Performing quality control reviews for actions with 2023 and later effective dates as well as with recertifications for other effective dates as requested by the Agency and provide quality control review training to Agency staff as requested by the Agency to include: HCV: Review all new admissions (HUD 50058 action code 1) for eligibility and suitability. HCV: Review 30% of completed Annuals (HUD 50058 action code 2), Interims (HUD action code 3) or Change of Units (HUD 50058 action code 7). HCV: Review all Port-Ins (HUD 50058 action code 4). LIPH: Review all new admissions (HUD 50058 action code 1) for eligibility and suitability. LIPH: Review 30% of completed Annuals (HUD 50058 action code 2), Interims (HUD 50058 action code 3) or Flat Rent updates (HUD 50058 action code 12). Initial Audit of Site Based Waitlist and Transfer Waitlist of the Low-Income Public Housing Program. Reviews will be conducted remotely and electronically using software identified by the consultant. The consultant will maintain separate contract for identified software. Applicable access will be granted to the Proposer. Training on software will be provided at the cost of the IHC. 2.1.10 File management services: Monthly quality control of 30% of current participant /resident files to ensure files are arranged in accordance with IHC-approved file arrangement protocols and provide file management training to Agency staff as requested by the Agency.
