The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposals for the supply and delivery of new stadium lighting fixtures and related components that meet the high-performance requirements for outdoor athletic field use. All equipment must be rated for durability, energy efficiency, and safety under varying Michigan weather conditions. Vendors must be able to supply lighting products with the following specifications and components: Required Lighting Fixture Specification: ● Type: Industrial LED Modular Flood Light ● Power Consumption: 400W ● Ingress Protection Rating: IP65 ● Material & Finish: Marine Grade Corrosion Resistant Hardware ● Luminous Flux: Minimum 56,000 lumens ● Color Temperature: 5000K ● Input Voltage: 277–480VAC ● Beam Angle: 60 Degree Optic ● Surge Protection: Minimum 10KV Additional Required Options/Accessories: ● 30 Degree Optic configuration for targeted beam applications ● Modular Design: Must allow 200W per module (2 modules per 400W fixture) ● Visor/Shroud for Industrial Flood Light to reduce glare and control light spill
