1. Scope includes AV components within the auditorium, projector room and immediate surrounding spaces including dressing rooms, lobby, choir, instrumental and orchestra class rooms. 2. Does not include theatrical lighting – no pricing required for that portion; however review the theatrical lighting specification included to cross reference AV systems that will need to work with it. 3. Provide pricing for all equipment based on the provided specs and drawings. AV bidders are responsible for furnishing AV equipment. This includes programming, mounting, setup, and commissioning. 4. Line-voltage power and terminations to support AV equipment remain the responsibility of the Electrical Contractor. 5. Final low-voltage terminations are the responsibility of the AV contractor (or manufacturer rep where noted in the spec). 6. All conduit, boxes, raceways, and electrical rough-ins are part of the Electrical Contractor's scope. This includes any back boxes needed for AV devices or terminations.
