Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians, a federally Recognized Indian Tribe, invites your business to submit a Bid for repair to stormwater piping, basins, and drainage at the Mina Mskiki Gumik Health Services Building located at 1260 Ajijaak Ave, Petoskey, MI 49770. The Little Traverse Band Bands of Odawa Indians desires to address stormwater drainage issues between the parking lot and front of the Mina Mskiki Gumik Health Services Building (Health Park). The area has existing stormwater piping and catch basins however they are in need of replacement and regrading to facilitate adequate water drainage away from the building. The existing infrastructure will be replaced to provide adequate drainage. This will include removal of existing piping and catch basins, installation of new piping and catch basins, and associated earthwork including finish grading and seeding and mulching. Replace existing stormwater catch basins and pipe in front of facility to ensure adequate drainage. The following sections include a general description of the work, but are not limited to this description. (The Contractor shall schedule a site visit prior to submitting a bid. The Contractor must fully inform itself as to all existing conditions and limitations for the Project).
