1. Remove existing boilers and pumps. Replace with three (3) new condensing boilers and distribution pumps. Install new emergency stops. Install new heating hot water distribution piping, gas piping and regulators, and exhaust flues as indicated. 2. Integrate new boilers into existing Building Management System (BMS). 3. Equipment will be lifted to the roof and brought into the space through existing doors to the Mechanical Penthouse. 4. Phasing of work shall be coordinated with the Owner to minimize downtime of services for the building. 5. Contractor shall be responsible for securing all necessary permits. 6. Contractor shall be responsible for removal and disposal of all demolished items and construction waste.
