Specifications include, but are not limited to: Repairs to the existing maintenance garage including removal, replacement and recoating of damaged EIFS, joint sealant, overhead door thresholds and jambs, make-up air units, and windows. Install safety yellow plastic covers over existing bollards. Paint all EIFS and exterior door frames after repairs and paint existing exterior louvers, doors, and door frames remaining. Remove existing siding and lower portion of wood walls on 3 entryways and replace with two courses of CMU and metal siding to match existing. Install new steel bollards. An alternate to replace the exterior concrete aprons is also requested. In Garage-2, install 40 LF of new trench drain and connect to the existing storm water system outside of the building. Work will include removal and replacement of HMA parking lot. Remove metal siding to enable installation of batt insulation in the exterior walls of the portion that isn't insulated yet and reinstall the siding. Install new infrared heaters in the unheated portion.
