Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Remove, properly dispose of, and replace all wet insulation. Leave existing EPDM in place. 2) Cut the existing roof membrane away from all walls and penetrations and cut the field of the roof into sections to prevent shrinkage. 3) TPO Assembly: • Adhere 115-mil Thermoplastic roof system complete with all flashing and accessories. 4) Inspect the roof for any loose or unadhered EPDM membrane and spot repair as necessary before the new TPO is installed. 5) Install new 24-guage standard colored Kynar 500 edge trim at the roof edges. Install a new extruded aluminum compression bar at the interior wall roof edges. 6) Install walk pads in the pattern shown on the roof diagram and below the metal roof to help protect the new membrane from falling ice/snow. 7) Furnish a 20-year warranty on materials and workmanship as described above.
