No factory-installed onboard controller shall be included unless explicitly approved. • All sensors shall be field mounted by others: • A factory-provided 2–10V modulating actuator shall be installed on the economizer. The actuator shall: o Accept a 2–10V DC analog signal from the Owner’s Automated Logic controller o Be pre-mounted and tested by the rooftop unit manufacturer o Include manual override and position feedback terminals if available • Factory-installed terminal strip connections shall be provided for all control points, including: o Fan control o Heating and cooling stages o Economizer and ventilation damper o Sensor inputs and fault signals • Terminal strip shall be clearly labeled and accessible for field wiring to the Owner’s existing Automated Logic control system. • Unit shall be shipped with a detailed wiring diagram showing terminal assignments.
