Kent County Correctional Facility is seeking qualified Respondents to provide removal and replacement services for multiple existing control and dayroom work areas within the facility. Project components include, but not limited to: • Housing Bubbles & Central Control o Removal of existing slanted “touch bolt” surface tops and cabinets in: ▪ Five (5) Housing Bubbles ▪ One (1) Central Control area o Fabrication and installation of new solid-surface replacement tops and lower support cabinets. o Some masonry work may be required. • Dayroom Workstations o Removal of existing workstations in seven (7) Dayrooms. o Installation of new raised workstations designed to meet current operational and ergonomic requirements. o Some masonry work may be required. Dimensions, if furnished, are for general reference only and should be verified by Respondent. Kent County will award and contract for the goods and services in this Solicitation in an efficient and timely manner. In no event will notification of award be more than 45 days from the date of submission.
