Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Contractor shall furnish all supervision, technical personnel, and labor. Competent supervision is to be furnished by the Contractor and the City reserves the right to judge this supervision satisfactory or to require that it be replaced. 2) Contractor is expected to work Monday through Friday. The Richard L. Root Kentwood Branch Library is the only exception; Contractor is needed Sunday through Thursday from Memorial Day to Labor Day and Sunday through Friday from Labor Day to Memorial Day. 3) Contractor is not expected to work on holidays. The following holidays are observed by the City and City buildings are closed: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve Day, New Year’s Day.
