Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Work with the LTBB Behavior Health Program to develop approved public service announcements (PSA’s) that focus on use, misuse, prevention and awareness of alcohol and marijuana abuse for our community awareness program. B. Ability to script and produce a fully developed media campaign focusing on a cultural based prevention messaging through public service announcements that can be aired on video and other medias. C. Media campaign should focus on the underage alcohol and underage marijuana use in the community with focus on 9 to 20 years old target population. D. All materials and publications (written, visual or sound) resulting from award activities shall contain the following statements: o “This publication was developed by Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians and fully supported by Grant No. H79SP081753-04 awarded by Indian Health Services (IHS) Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP). The opinions, findings, conclusions, and recommendations expressed in this publication/program/exhibition are those of the author(s) and do not reflect the views of Indian Health Services (IHS) or SAMHSA.” E. Award and duration is projected to be from award through September 29, 2023, but shall be determined upon cost, length of PSA, and desirability of broadcast area and times. Multiple awards may occur based on proposed PSA length, broadcast mediums, broadcast area, and airtimes such as during primetime, news, daytime etc. Please include all of the above in proposal.
