Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Shall plow parking area and the driveway leading to the dwelling. Plow snow accumulations of three (3) inches or more. Plowing shall be done once per day, unless a significant amount of snowfall occurs. If such action occurs, the Contractor will only plow after the significant snowfall stops. 2. Clear snow from and sand/salt all sidewalks leading to the dwelling, ramps, steps, and porches, as needed, for all addresses listed above. 3. Clear snow from, sand, and salt entire sidewalk between homes around circle as indicated in yellow on map. Sand and salt even when no accumulation has occurred. 4. Routinely salt and/or sand, even when no snowfall, the driveway, sidewalks, ramps, steps, and porches leading to the entrances of each address even when there is no accumulation. 5. Must maintain salt and/or sand, on regular basis even when no accumulation has occurred for each address and the common sidewalk between addresses on the circle. 6. Properly place the snow or remove it to minimize loss of parking space. 7. If snow encroaches on driveways, parking, sidewalks, and/or hinders line of sight, load and remove dispose of off property.
