Specifications include, but are not limited to: The BWL is looking to partner with an experienced National Electrical Testing Association (NETA) certified instrumentation and controls services company to provide union workers for supplemental support for electric generation and water production plant services. More than one firm may be awarded a contract resulting from the RFP. • Calibrations: Flow Meters, Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Level Transmitters, Circle and Strip Chart Recorders, etc. • Troubleshooting and repair various controls systems. • Telemetry • Fiber Optic, Cell, Radio, Broadband • DCS troubleshooting (Emerson Ovation, Siemens T-3000, ABB-800XA) • Generator Controls Servicing (GE and Siemens Turbines) Requirements • Provide hourly rates for normal work hours Monday through Friday, weekends, and overtime. • Explain charges for travel and/or per diem. • Describe the notification procedure and the lead times before a technician can be onsite. • List the firm’s instrument and controls experience in the utility industry and related experience from other industries. • State the number of resources that may be available and show resumes from possible candidates.
