The selected contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the following services: Spring/Summer/Fall Landscaping Services • Spring Cleanup – Remove leftover leaves and debris from lawn and landscape beds after the winter season. • Complete Lawn Maintenance – Mow, trim, and edge all lawns; blow grass clippings from all sidewalks, curbs, and drives after each mowing. • Turf Care Program – Apply fertilizers, pre- and post-emergent herbicides, and insect control as needed to maintain healthy turf. Landscape Bed Weeding and Maintenance – Control weeds in mulch beds and around trees throughout the growing season. • Pruning – Prune ornamental shrubs (under 10 ft) as needed for aesthetics and plant health. Remove debris from site. • Fall Cleanup – Remove leaves, sticks, and debris from turf and landscaped areas throughout the fall season. Winter Snow Removal and Ice Management Services • Snow Plowing – Plow all lots, ramps, and drives to ensure accessibility prior to 7:00 AM following cessation of snowfall. Provide “open-up” passes during ongoing heavy snow events as needed. • De-Icing – Apply salt or de-icing products to lots following each plowing event or as requested. • Snow Staking – Install snow indicator stakes prior to the first snowfall and remove them in spring. • Damage Repair – Repair any plow damage to curbs, turf, or other surfaces caused by contractor operations.
