The Michigan Works! Association is looking for videography to record and compile video segments for our Annual Impact Awards Event. The event is meant to honor and share the success stories of Customers and Businesses that work with the Michigan Works! System. Legislators from the State of Michigan areThe entire recorded program runs for less than two hours (the last 3 run times were 62, 83 and 86 minutes) and is a video montage of acceptance speeches. There will be approximately 13 sections that will need to be pre-recorded (these will be the remarks), edited together to be played at the ceremony. Editing would include adding an intro screen, screens between each segment identifying the region that the video is coming from as well as lower thirds with names/titles on screen as participants are speaking. The expected length of each video segment is 3-5 minutes total. Recording time may be more than that and will need to be edited to usable footage. In the past we have used web-based applications to record the clips – they do not need to be done in person. We expect the final video to have a good flow, be polished, professional, and touching.
