Project Goals The primary goals of this network refresh project are to: Improve network performance, reliability, and security across both facilities Enhance wireless coverage and capacity to support high-density educational environments Implement modern network management capabilities Support current and future educational technology initiatives Ensure compliance with educational data security requirements Provide scalability for future growth and technology adoption Upgrade uninterruptable power supplies deployed in TEC closet A and B Scope of Services The awarded contractor will conduct a comprehensive site survey of both the TEC Building and Wilson Talent Center to determine optimal placement of network equipment Perform wireless RF analysis to identify coverage requirements and potential interference issues Develop a detailed migration plan Create network diagrams showing the proposed solution architecture Develop a project implementation timeline that minimizes disruption to educational activities
