Vendors are invited to provide information and capabilities related to the following service areas: Immunization and Health Compliance Tracking • Management of vaccination and titer records, TB testing, and health attestations. • Student upload portals are mobile and web-based friendly with document verification workflows. • Automated reminders for upcoming expirations (e.g., boosters, annual requirements). • Real-time dashboards for compliance status by student, cohort, and college. • College-level administrative access with customizable reporting. • Controlled access for University Health and Wellness and Occupational Health staff for consultation and oversight. • Integration with external systems (e.g., electronic health records, student information systems, ACEMAPP). • Audit-ready data export for accreditation and clinical site requirements Drug Screening and Background Check Management • End-to-end ordering, tracking, and reporting of drug screens and criminal background checks. • Compliance with federal, state, and clinical site partner standards. • Provide a Medical Review Officer (MRO) to review and approve prescribed medication. • Ability to flag and manage exceptions, rechecks, and site-specific requirements. • Secure handling of sensitive data in accordance with HIPAA compliance.
