This RFQ is to provide the following services: a) 24- Hour Emergency Response Operations- Land based and Water based, High-Capacity Pumping Services, Environmental Cleaning, Transportation Services, Large Scale Waste Removal and Disposal Projects, Tank Cleaning, Spill Clean-up, Maintenance and Inspection (Product Recovery, Transfer, and Containment) Vacuum Services, Chemical Recognition, Packing and Disposal Services, Decontamination Services, Remediation Services. b) Requirements: Vendor will immediately convey cost per job (which includes projected hours, manpower, and time frame before proceeding with approval written and/or verbal- from the Fire Marshal Division). c) End Results/deliverables/Service Levels: Time Critical Response (within one (1) hour of notification) with ability to mitigate safely (site clean-up commencing within 2 hours of approved notification from the Fire Marshal Division) and cost effectively. d) Reporting: To local, state and federal agencies discoveries, mitigation, and end results of all incidents. e) Compliance: With all the governmental agencies for hazardous material disposal, recovery, and response.
