The project consists of all necessary prep to perform the indicated work in the following areas: Classroom Unit Ventilator Replacements Removal and replacement (32) CUVs, and associate equipment per the bid documents prepared by Ameresco. All equipment shall be furnished and installed by this contractor. Addition of (8) heat-pump style mini-splits. All equipment shall be furnished and installed by this contractor. Electrical Service Upgrades and Electrical Distribution Installation of new 225 kVA transformer, disconnects, (2) electrical panels, a new 15 kVA transformer, and power distribution throughout the building for new cooling equipment. All electrical equipment shall be furnished and installed by this contractor. Electrical work at Pittsford Area Schools shall start as soon as practical depending on supply and delivery of equipment with a goal of starting in spring of 2025. HVAC work is planned for summer of 2025. One bidder may be selected for all scopes, or separate bidders may be selected for the mechanical and electrical scopes. The successful bidder(s) will be a subcontractor to Ameresco, who will hold their contract.
